As a counselling therapist, I value listening to clients’ perspectives and ‘holding the space,’ as we say, for clients to work at their own pace. I have post-secondary education in the areas of psychology, global change, and counselling. How our mental and emotional well-being link to our physical body, our community, and our environment is a source of study and intrigue for me. I have a knack for picking up on detail and enjoy creating a comfortable, safe place for clients to talk through their concerns.
