Individuals, couples, and families in Wolfville and the surrounding area of the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia seek my help at the Wolfville Integrated Health Centre or via virtual counselling for issues such as anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, childhood trauma, life transitions, career/life planning, or unhealthy relationship dynamics. Wolfville Integrated Health is a non-scent facility that offers a convenient location with free parking and accessibility.
At Kelly Davison Counselling, we work at the client’s pace, fine tuning our approach in keeping with the client’s needs, and monitoring our progress along the way. Whether we use brief, practical counselling approaches or the more in-depth counselling approaches, we focus on creating a flexible, supportive space where clients can be heard and understood. In couples counselling, we use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a model which can help partners return to a loving state where vulnerability and true intimacy are possible.
